Sailboats are suppose to have the righ-of-way over any other vessel, but NOT that way. If the ship is in a channel IT has the right-of-way. Not the ship's fault here.

Sailboats ONLY have right of way when they are sailing, Not when they are using the engine. This "sailor" must have a deathwish. The Ferry is not at fault.
