Yes, it is Ursula Martinez, and you have her website right. I've seen the act at the Famous Speigeltent in Edinburgh, it was much more fun and she looked great, I don't think she does that number anymore, though, the last time I saw her she was doing a 2-person audiovisual show about getting older. She also sings (wank on a mirror) and does a number of stage acts... she's half British, half Spanish.
