This kid has been terrorized before. This is typical narcissistic sadistic abuse. This poor little boy will remember this when he's an adult. It's just a part of this guy's behavior pattern. Would like to have a gorilla terrorize HIM with 'funny' faces. He should be reported.

That could NOT have been the boys the father. At first I didnt know whether to laugh or to cry. That guy went way too far. My son is about the same age and that would just break my heart to even think of pulling something like that with him.
