I think whatever the baby was drinking resembled blood for the little boy. I had to rewatch it though to make sure because I thought it was odd for the parent to not be concerned.

not a funny video. the boy was worried about the baby and was trying to communicate this to the parent. see his frustration that the parent is laughing. not funny, not funny he says, over and over. not understanding why no one is helping. what a pitiful lesson to teach a small child, that their parents won't help or explain....only laugh. see his fear? poor thing. this is really insensitive.

You guys are commenting only on a small part of the clip. Probably the parents did explain it wasn't blood after all. You guys have had small children in your presence? Have a laugh and don't judge 'bout things you don't know the end of.

Nobody is judging here. You have to admit that this does reflect the parents badly here. If the video were longer and showed someone explaining this to the chid then great, but when it cuts off like this you can't do much but assume. We can only comment on a small part of the clip because that's all there is.
