this is so sad and i feel really bad :'( but then again i know something should be done about young kids like Jessica who have their whole lives to live. I think more people should be aware of whats going on in the world with obesity

this is not caused by overfeeding. this is a serious medical condition. you can't always place the blame on the parents. hopefully, she can get help for it, but it's not always the case.
